The students must fall within the given AILET eligibility criteria set by the examining authority to appear for the AILET entrance exam.
Note: If the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria, he/she will not be eligible to write the AILET exam.
The candidate has to satisfy All the AILET Eligibility Criteria, not one.
Faking about eligibility or lying about eligibility will not be tolerated and will lead to the cancellation of the candidate's AILET Application.
The candidates willing to enroll for LL.M. (One year) program & PG Diploma program, must have completed LL.B. or an Equivalent Law Degree securing a minimum 55% marks (for general candidates) and 50% marks (for SC, ST or PWD candidates) for eligibility.
The candidates appearing for B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) course, must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum 50% aggregate to satisfy AILET eligibility.
The eligibility criteria regarding educational qualification required to apply for the AILET 2017 exam is as below: -
The candidates should have completed LL.B. and should have scored minimum 55% marks for general category candidates and minimum 50% marks for SC/ST or PwD category candidates. If they satisfy this criteria then they will be eligible to apply for the AILET exam.
Elibility for a Candidate applying for postgraduate law programs:
For LL.M Program in AILET 2017, Candidate should have passed the LL.B. or an equivalent degree from a recognized University with not less than 55% marks on aggregate (50% in case of reserved categories, i.e. SC/ST/Persons with Disability).
If any candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria, he/she will not be eligible to write the AILET exam.
If the student falls under the eligibility criteria of AILET then he/she can apply for AILET.
