You won't find the AIPVT 2017 Official Website because, from this year onwards, the All India Pre Veterinary Test [AIPVT] has been merged with the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test [NEET].

No, there is no limit on the number of Attempts for appearing in AIPVT.
The All India Pre-Veterinary Test (AIPVT) is conducted by the Veterinary council of India. The test is conducted for the candidates seeking admissions into the B.V.SC. and A.H. programmes. The exam is conducted once a year. The seats that get filled through this test comprise of 15% pan India (the state of Jammu and Kashmir being an exception) and 85% of the state quota seats in the respective states.

The Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984) was enacted in 1984 and was published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated 21st August,1984 to regulate veterinary practice and to provide for that purpose, for the establishment of Veterinary Council of India and State Veterinary Councils and maintenance of Registers of veterinary practitioners and for matters connected therewith. Subsequent to the enactment of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984, the Central Government (Ministry of Agriculture) vide Gazette Notification dated August 2nd, 1989 for the first time constituted the Veterinary Council of India by nominating the Members as per the provisions of section 4 read with section 3 of the Act.

The AIPVT exam is conducted for candidates who seek admissions into the Bachelor of Veterinary Science(B.V.SC.) and Animal Husbandry(A.H.) programmes.
The upper age limit for candidates seeking admission under 15% All India Quota Seats is 25 years. Further, provided that this upper age limit shall be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for the candidates of Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/Other Backwards Classes.Candidate must be born on or between for the AIPVT 2017.
