Application Process for AP EAMCET 2018

Students should follow the below steps to complete the admission process for AP EAMCET 2018. Only candidates who have completed this process are eligible for admission.

  • Visit the official website for AP EAMCET 2018
  • Fill up the AP EAMCET admission form
  • Students must provide a print out of the filled up Application Form
  • Fees can be paid through online using AP online/TS online/Credit/Debit card

Documents required for the Application Process:

The following documents are required for the application process for AP EAMCET 2018.

  • Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/BC categories
  • PH, NCC or Sports Certificates
  • Income Certificate
  • Study or Resident certificate

Procedure to apply for AP EAMCET 2018:

Students must follow the given process to apply for AP EAMCET 2018:

Step 1:

  • Students who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria can visit the official website of AP EAMCET 2018.

Step 2:

  • Students who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria can click on the ‘Apply Online’ link available on the AP EAMCET 2018 website homepage.

Step 3:

  • As soon as the candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria can click on the above-mentioned link, a web page with Registration Fee Payment Procedure will appear the on the computer screen.

Step 4:

  • There are two modes of making registration fee payment along with their respective procedures.
  • The two modes are payment through AP online and through Debit/Credit Card.
  • Students have to choose the mode of payment that they find appropriate.

 

Step 5:

  • On selecting registration fee payment via AP Online, following steps have to be followed:
  • Students who have satisfied the eligibility criteria can opt for the nearest AP Online center.
  • Students who have satisfied the eligibility criteria can visit the above center carrying along the following details: 
  • Students who have satisfied the eligibility criteria must give details such as the name of the candidate, father’s name, date of birth, contact number, email ID, stream applying for, etc.
  • Students who have satisfied the eligibility criteria must give the details of qualifying examination passed, Hall ticket number of the qualifying examination i.e. Intermediate, 10+2 or equivalent,
  • Students who have satisfied the eligibility criteria will then have to fill in the form at the AP online center and pay the requisite fee.
  • Thereafter, candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria must have received a receipt form of the for the registration amount paid.
  • The receipt contained transaction ID.
  • Next, candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria have to visit the official website of AP EAMCET and log in using the transaction ID they had been provided with.
  • Now applicants who have satisfied the eligibility criteria have to click on the “Application Form" button.
  • Thereafter, candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria must fill all the fields of the online Application Form with required details.
  • Students who have satisfied the eligibility criteria then must verify all the details carefully and click on “SUBMIT” Button.
  • Next, the filled in application form is generated to the candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria which contains a unique registration no., as well as application details.
  • Students who have satisfied the eligibility criteria will have to save the filled in Application Form and take a printout.  

Step 6:

  • Students who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria will select the registration fee payment via Debit/Credit Card.
  • Students who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria will have to click on “Pay online using your Debit/Credit Card” button to navigate to the “Payment Gateway”.
  • Students who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria then have to fill the details in the fields that followed.
  • Once the payment is successful, candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria will be given a transaction ID for all future correspondence.
  • Students who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria then have to click on the “Application Form’ button and fill all the fields of the online application form with required details.
  • Applicants who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria will have to verify all the details carefully and click on “SUBMIT” Button.
  • The filled in application form will be generated and have to contain a unique registration number as well as application details.
  • Students who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria then have to save this filled in the Application Form and take a print.
  • This form needs to submitted by the candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria in the exam hall.
  • Students who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria will have to note down their registration no. and maintain it for all future correspondence.
