Application Process for AP EAMCET 2018

Candidates should follow the below steps to complete the admission process for AP EAMCET 2018. Only candidates who have completed this process are eligible for admission.

  • Visit the official website for AP EAMCET 2018
  • Fill up the AP EAMCET admission form
  • Candidates must provide a print out of the filled up Application Form
  • Fees can be paid through online using AP online/TS online/Credit/Debit card

Documents required for the Application Process:

The following documents are required for the application process for AP EAMCET 2018.

  • Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/BC categories
  • PH, NCC or Sports Certificates
  • Income Certificate
  • Study or Resident certificate

Process for applying for AP EAMCET 2018:

Candidates must follow the given process to apply for AP EAMCET 2018:

Step 1:

  • Candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria can visit the official website of AP EAMCET 2018.

Step 2:

  • Candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria can click on the ‘Apply Online’ link available on the AP EAMCET 2018 website homepage.

Step 3:

  • As soon as the candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria can click on the above-mentioned link, a web page with Registration Fee Payment Procedure will appear the on the computer screen.

Step 4:

  • There are two modes of making registration fee payment along with their respective procedures.
  • The two modes are payment through AP online and through Debit/Credit Card.
  • Candidates have to choose the mode of payment that they find appropriate.

Step 5:

  • On selecting registration fee payment via AP Online, following steps have to be followed:
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria can opt for the nearest AP Online centre.
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria can visit the above centre carrying along the following details: 
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria must give details such as the name of the candidate, father’s name, date of birth, contact number, email ID, stream applying for, etc.
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria must give the details of qualifying examination passed, Hall ticket number of the qualifying examination i.e. Intermediate, 10+2 or equivalent,
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria will then have to fill in the form at the AP online centre and pay the requisite fee.
  • Thereafter, candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria must have received a receipt form of the for the registration amount paid.
  • The receipt contained transaction ID.
  • Next, candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria have to visit the official website of AP EAMCET and log in using the transaction ID they had been provided with.
  • Now applicants who have satisfied the eligibility criteria have to click on the “Application Form" button.
  • Thereafter, candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria must fill all the fields of the online Application Form with required details.
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria then must verify all the details carefully and click on “SUBMIT” Button.
  • Next, the filled in application form is generated to the candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria which contains a unique registration no., as well as application details.
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria will have to save the filled in Application Form and take a printout.  

Step 6:

  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria will select the registration fee payment via Debit/Credit Card.
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria will have to click on “Pay online using your Debit/Credit Card” button to navigate to the “Payment Gateway”.
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria then have to fill the details in the fields that followed.
  • As soon as the payment is made successful, candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria will be given a transaction ID for all future correspondence.
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria then have to click on the “Application Form’ button and fill all the fields of the online application form with required details.
  • Applicants who have satisfied the eligibility criteria will have to verify all the details carefully and click on “SUBMIT” Button.
  • The filled in application form will be generated and have to contain a unique registration number as well as application details.
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria then have to save this filled in the Application Form and take a print.
  • This form needs tp submitted by the candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria in the exam hall.
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria will have to note down their registration no. and maintain it for all future correspondence.

How to upload signature and photograph in AP EAMCET application form?

The following process must be adopted in order to upload the photograph and signature:

  • Candidates that have appeared/ passed Intermediate (Regular) from 2011-2015 do not need to upload.
  • Others must click on Upload Photograph and Signature to do the needful
  • Photograph specification: jpg format, less than 30 KB
  • Signature: jpg format, less than 15 KB

  • Yes, the candidate can use the same transaction Id as long as they do not press the “Submit Application” button in the Online Application Form.

  • You can take a copy by typing the registration number and Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket number and take a printout from www.apeamcet.org by clicking the “Print Your Filled In Application Form” option.

After I complete the online application process and print the application form. Will I be able to login again to change my application data?

  • No, you cannot do that. Changes can be made before the payment is made. Once the online application form has been submitted a Filled In Application Form is generated and the candidate should take a print out of the application form which cannot be modified. Some of the fields (excluding stream, Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket number, Candidate’s name, Father’s name, Date of Birth, Regional Test Centre and SSC Hall Ticket details) in the Filled In Online Application Form can be edited by the candidate during a permitted period. If any other changes in the excluded fields are to be carried out, then, the candidate has to write a request letter addressing CONVENER or REGIONAL COORDINATOR, APEAMCET - 2017 or send an email to apeamcet2k17@gmail.com. The candidates are expected to be extra careful while filling the online application form.

    Before selecting the Debit / Credit card payment mode for Registration fee, the candidate has to be ready with the required mandatory details.

    After payment, the Online Application form will appear.
