Eligibility criteria for DU LLB 2018:

  • Candidates who have completed their graduation and post-graduation from an Institution that is affiliated by University Grants Commission (UGC) in the qualifying examination are eligible to appear for the examination.
  • Candidates from general category who are planning to appear for the DU LLB 2018 examination are required to complete their graduation or post-graduation degree from Delhi University or UGC accredited institution or from a foreign university with minimum 50% marks are eligible to appear for the examination.
  • Candidates from OBC category who are planning to appear for the DU LLB 2018 examination are required to complete their graduation or post-graduation degree from Delhi University or UGC accredited institution or from a foreign university with minimum 45% marks are eligible to appear for the examination.
  • Candidates from SC and ST category who are planning to appear for DU LLB 2018 examination are required to complete their graduation or post-graduation degree from Delhi University or UGC accredited institution or from a foreign university with minimum 40% marks are eligible to appear for the examination.

The eligibility criteria for General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates. Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognised as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them. However. the cut-off marks for admission of OBC candidates shall be up to 10% less than the marks notified for general candidates in the Entrance Test.
