Application form, Dates, Syllabus and Pattern of IBPS RRB 2018

  • IBPS Exam strengthens the capability to develop and construct Multiple Choice Objective Tests and tools used for mass level testing Programmes and its ability to conduct these exams simultaneously for lakhs and lakhs of candidates in about 200 cities/towns all over India and also in few foreign locations.
  • IBPS provides service to all Public Sector Banks, SBI, Associate Banks of SBI, RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, few Corporate Banks, LIC and Insurance companies which are regular members of the IBPS society.
  • Candidates who aspire to join any of the Regional Rural Banks as Group A Officers (Scale- I, II, III) and Group “B”- Office Assistants (Multipurpose) will have to register themselves for the Common Recruitment Process (CWE for RRBs). Candidates must note that Application date starts on 14th July 2018 and will continue till 30th July 2018. Candidates must fill the Application form online on time. IBPS RRB 2018 is a pen and paper based exam with a wide variety of topics. The candidates can check the syllabus according to the exam that they are appearing for.
  • Candidates must pay Rs.600 (for General/OBC Category)/Rs. 100 (for SC/ST/PWD Category) as the Application fee.

For the Posts of Officers Scale I and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) 

  • The examination will be conducted in two tiers i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases – Preliminary and Mains Exam.
  • Candidates who apply for the post of Office Assistants (Multipurpose) will be provisionally allotted on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the Main examination and the vacancies reported by the RRBs.
  • For the post of Officers Scale I, candidates who will qualify in preliminary examination will have to appear for the Main Examination. Subsequently, candidates shortlisted through Mains Examination will be called for Interview.

Scale II (Generalist and Specialists) and Officers Scale III

  • Candidates applying for Officers Scale II (Generalist and Specialists) and Officers Scale III will appear for a single online examination.
  • Candidates qualifying the Single Online Examination will be called for the Common Interview.
