Application Process for OJEE 2018

Documents required for OJEE:

All the candidates who have covered-up the eligibility criteria should have certain documents ready with them before they fill up the online Application form for OJEE 2018.

Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria should have scanned copies of:

  • Passport size Photograph of the candidate
  • Full signature of the candidate
  • Left Thumb impression of the candidate
  • Specifications for the documents are indicated below

Step by Step Process for OJEE 2018:

Once the candidate has fulfilled the eligibility criteria to apply for OJEE 2018, they can access the online form on the Official Website (www.ojee.nic.in) for notifications about the form availability. 

The Application Form release date will be around the first week of February 2018.

  • The candidate who has satisfied the eligibility criteria need to Create Account with a Login name, date of birth online for OJEE 2018.
  • After this step, a password and ID will be emailed to the candidate on their registered email ID for OJEE 2018.
  • The candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria should make sure to keep their contact details handy for OJEE 2018.
  • The candidate who has covered-up the eligibility conditions should select the course name they are willing to take admission in for OJEE 2018.
  • The candidate who satisfy the eligibility criteria has to fill the form online using the code key give on the website page for OJEE 2018.
  • Once the candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria are done with filling in the basic details and academic details, submit the form for OJEE 2018.
  • The candidate who has satisfied the eligibility condition should upload their digital signature, left thumb impression and colour passport photograph online for OJEE 2018.
  • The sizes must range between 5 and 50 KB only.
  • Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria should then deposit the fee for registration next and take a copy of the payment page confirmation for future use foor admission for OJEE 2018.

Payment of fees for OJEE 2018 Application Form:

  • TAll allotted candidates wish to continue in the counselling process have to pay admission fee before they report at nodal centre for document verification for OJEE 2018.
  • The admission fee is of Rs.25000/- which includes (Part admission fee Rs.20000/- and 5000/- University registration fee) for OJEE 2018.
  • Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria can pay the fee challan through on any SBI branch or Axis bank branch or through online payment for OJEE 2018.
  • Candidates who have not paid the admission fee will not be allowed for document verification and will be out of process for OJEE 2018.
  • The allotted seat will be cancelled.
  • SBI challan can be printed from own login inside the www.ojee.nic.in for OJEE 2018.
  • Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria can do the payment of fee at any SBI branch by producing that printed challan for OJEE 2018.
  • Candidates who satisy the eligibility criteria cand also pay at any Axis Bank branch in Odisha for OJEE 2018.
  • Challan is available in branch as well as in webpage notice board.
  • After payment is made by the candidates who satisfied the eligibility criteria, at Axis bank or SBI, should receive the money receipt from the branch for OJEE 2018.
  • Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria can make the payment through online by net-banking, Debit cards, credit cards in the ‘fee payment’ interface available in the candidate’s login for OJEE 2018.
  • During document verification, candidates whos satisfied the eligibility criteria should produce that receipt (either SBI or Axis Bank) as a proof of fee deposit for OJEE 2018.

Withdrawal of the OJEE 2018 Exam:

  • Any allotted candidate will be allowed to withdraw, if they are not satisfied with the allotment or taken admission elsewhere or of any reason they are not interested to take admission in the allotted institution/college within the declared time.
  • After due date of withdrawal, OJEE will not allow any withdrawal or any refund.
  • If a candidate wishes to withdraw, they have to report at nodal centre and follow the withdrawal process and will be eligible for refund of total admission fee deposited by him/her (Rs.25000/-).
  • Candidates have to provide the bank details to get back this amount. 
  • If a candidate has allotment in the counselling process, accepted the allotment by document verification and paid the admission fee and not withdrawing, then even if they are not reporting, no claim by the candidate for refund will be entertained as the money deposited by them as admission fee will be transferred to University and concerned Institute.
  • OJEE will not refund any admission money to any candidate who have not withdrawn at schedule time. 
  • Sufficient time will be allowed to the allotted candidates to withdraw, if they are not satisfied with the allotment or taken admission elsewhere or for any reason they are not interested to take admission in the allotted institution/college.
