The Staff Selection Commission is an organization recruits candidates for different posts through various exams. SSC recruits candidates who have 10+2, graduate and post graduate certificates. One of the exams is SSC MTS (Multi Tasking Staff) with the Pay Band-1(5200-20200/-) +Grade Pay (1800) a General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in various Central Government Ministries, Departments and Offices, in different States / Union Territories. A large number of candidates appearing for this exam. The Staff Selection Commission has released the notification for recruitment of 8,300 vacancies for various posts of central government. To be one of them the candidate should have their mind set for the success. SSC MTS Exam date and admit card release date will be declared by the SSC on the official website. A candidate can choose their preferable exam center. The eligible candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria have to fill the application form before time through the official website.
The SSC MTS exam consists of 2 stages. Candidates need to appear for paper 1, which is objective type paper. Candidates have to clear Paper-I to get shortlisted for Paper 2. There is a benefit for the reserved category candidate who possesses SC/ST/OBC/PH. Candidates need to appear for Paper-2, which is descriptive one, where The candidate has to write short essay/letter in English or any language included in the 8th schedule of the Constitution.

The final result is declared on the basis of combined scores of both the written exams and there is no interview for SSC MTS exam, so for positive result candidates need to work hard. The SSC MTS Exam is divided two parts,
SSC MTS Exam Tier I (Objective paper):
Tier I consists reasoning ability, Quantitative aptitude, English comprehension and general awareness, and of total 100 questions. The marks allotted for this paper is 150 with a duration of two hours and for physically disabled candidates two hours and forty minutes. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks, examiner will cut the marks for wrong answers.
SSC MTS Tier II (Descriptive paper):
Candidates who clear tier I will be shortlisted for tier II. Here candidates have to write short essay/article in English or other languages which are listed in the 8th schedule of the constitution within 30 minutes of duration.
Interested candidate can fill the application form as per the given step in Fig. 1. Eligible candidate first has to visit the official website ssc.nic.in. Go to new registration tab and get registered by submitting relevant details. After registration, fill the application form with the mandatory details as pr the instructions given. As candidate fill the form they need to upload the scanned copies of photograph and signature. Unserved/General candidate has to make payments of Rs. 100/- to get selected in the SSC MTS Exam.
A candidate who wants to download the admit card in an easy way can follow the above procedure of Fig. 2. Firstly, the candidate needs to log in and for that visit the SSC official website and login with the registration number and password, enter the captcha and then click on the submit button. The page will open with the admit card. Before downloading candidate should review the admit card. At last click on the download button and print it. Candidate should make more copies of admit card to avoid the risk from misplacing.
Candidates who are searching their result are requested to follow the simple and easy step to get their result, shown in Fig.3. SCC official website is a site where the candidate will find their result. Therefore, first visit the official website ssc.nic.in, where a link of the result will be displayed. Click on that link and you will be directed to SSC MTS Result PDF file. Click on file to open. Candidate can find his/her result. Click on the download button and print it for reference
