  • AILET 2018 (all India law entrance test) is a national level entrance exam conducted once in a year in the month of May by the National Law University, Delhi.
  • The aspirants who wish to appear for AILET 2018 can check the availability of AILET application forms from the first week of January 2018 on the official AILET website of the National Law University, Delhi.
  • The AILET Exam is organized for students seeking admission in various undergraduate and postgraduate courses (B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M, Ph.D. Programs, PG Diploma) offered by the Delhi University and its affiliated institutions.
  • Candidates can apply for the exam after filling the application form.
  • Application form for AILET 2018 will be available from 5th January 2018 till 6th April 2018.
  • The candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the exam 2018 can apply for the exam.
  • AILET 2018 will be conducted on 6th May 2018.

AILET Result: 

  • The Results for AILET will be released by 21st May 2018 on the AILET official site.
  • AILET will upload question booklet and answer keys on the website along with results. 
  • To access candidate results, go to the official AILET Website.
  • Candidates who clear the set cut-off can apply for the counseling session
  • The counseling session starts from 25th June 2018.

AILET Exam Pattern: 

  • 150 questions are there in AILET 2018 Exam Paper which are objective type and has 4 sections.
  • Time duration for AILET Exam is 1hr 20min or 80 minutes.
  • There are 150 questions in AILET 2018.
  • One mark is assigned for each correct answer
  • There is no negative marking.

AILET 2018 Eligibility

AILET 2018 Eligibility Summary:

  • Candidates appearing for B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) course, must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum 50% aggregate to satisfy AILET eligibility. 
  • The candidates willing to enroll for LL.M. (One year) program & PG Diploma program, must have completed LL.B. or an Equivalent Law Degree securing a minimum 55% marks (for general candidates) and minimum 50% marks (for SC, ST or PWD candidates) for eligibility.
  • Candidates appearing for their final year exams are also eligible to apply for the AILET 2018.
  • Candidates must not exceed 21 years of age as on or after 1st of July 2018 for B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) program.
  •  If the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria, they will not be eligible to write the AILET Exam.
  • The candidates have to satisfy All the AILET eligibility criteria.

  • The AILET fee can be paid by using the online or offline method.
  • Students who want to pay offline can use cash deposit at post office method.

AILET 2018 Admit Card

  • It will be available from 9th April 2018.
  • Admit card is mandatory for all candidates appearing in AILET Exam.

Step to download Admit Card:

  • Go to the official AILET website to get the AILET Admit Card.
  • Click on the “Existing User” tab.
  • Enter your AILET login id and password.
  • Click on Login.
  • You will be redirected to your AILET candidate profile.
  • Click on the “Download AILET Admit Card” button.
  • Save your AILET admit card on your system and take a print out.

The AILET admit card has the following details on it:

  • Name of the holder
  • Address of holder
  • Date, time, venue and other instructions of the AILET Exam will also be mentioned on the admit card.
