Application Process for AP EAMCET 2018

Candidates should follow the below steps to complete the admission process for AP EAMCET 2018. Only candidates who have completed this process are eligible for admission.

  • To fill the application form candidates are requested to visit the official website for AP EAMCET 2018
  • Candidates should Fill up the AP EAMCET admission form correctly.
  • Candidates must provide a print out of the filled up Application Form
  • Fees can be paid through online using AP online/TS online/Credit/Debit card.

Document Required for the Application Process:

The following documents are required for the application process for AP EAMCET 2018.

  • Income Certificate
  • Study or Resident certificate.
  • Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/BC categories
  • PH, NCC or Sports Certificates

Procedure to apply for AP EAMCET 2018:

Candidates must follow the given process to apply for AP EAMCET 2018:

Step 1:

  • Candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria can visit the official website of AP EAMCET 2018.

Step 2:

  • Candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria can click on the ‘Apply Online’ link available on the AP EAMCET 2018 website homepage.

Step 3:

  • As soon as the candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria can click on the above-mentioned link, a web page with Registration Fee Payment Procedure will appear the on the computer screen.

Step 4:

  • There are two modes of making registration fee payment along with their respective procedures.
  • The two modes are payment through AP online and through Debit/Credit Card.
  • Candidates have to choose the mode of payment that they find appropriate.

 

Step 5:

  • On selecting registration fee payment via AP Online, following steps have to be followed:
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria can opt for the nearest AP Online center.
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria can visit the above center carrying along the following details: 
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria must give details such as the name of the candidate, father’s name, date of birth, contact number, email ID, stream applying for, etc.
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria must give the details of qualifying examination passed, Hall ticket number of the qualifying examination i.e. Intermediate, 10+2 or equivalent,
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria will then have to fill in the form at the AP online center and pay the requisite fee.
  • Thereafter, candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria must have received a receipt form of the for the registration amount paid.
  • The receipt contained transaction ID.
  • Next, candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria have to visit the official website of AP EAMCET and log in using the transaction ID they had been provided with.
  • Now applicants who have satisfied the eligibility criteria have to click on the “Application Form" button.
  • Thereafter, candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria must fill all the fields of the online Application Form with required details.
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria then must verify all the details carefully and click on “SUBMIT” Button.
  • Next, the filled in application form is generated to the candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria which contains a unique registration no., as well as application details.
  • Candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria will have to save the filled in Application Form and take a printout.  

Step 6:

  • Candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria will select the registration fee payment via Debit/Credit Card.
  • Candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria will have to click on “Pay online using your Debit/Credit Card” button to navigate to the “Payment Gateway”.
  • Candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria then have to fill the details in the fields that followed.
  • Once the payment is successful, candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria will be given a transaction ID for all future correspondence.
  • Candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria then have to click on the “Application Form’ button and fill all the fields of the online application form with required details.
  • Applicants who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria will have to verify all the details carefully and click on “SUBMIT” Button.
  • The filled in application form will be generated and have to contain a unique registration number as well as application details.
  • Candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria then have to save this filled in the Application Form and take a print.
  • This form needs to submitted by the candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria in the exam hall.
  • Candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria will have to note down their registration no. and maintain it for all future correspondence. 

AP EAMCET 2018 Step Wise Procedure to Submit the Application Form:

How to upload signature and photograph in AP EAMCET application form?

The following process must be adopted in order to upload the photograph and signature:

  • Candidates that have appeared/ passed Intermediate (Regular) from 2011-2015 do not need to upload.
  • Others must click on Upload Photograph and Signature to do the needful
  • Photograph specification: jpg format, less than 30 KB
  • Signature: jpg format, less than 15 KB

  • No, you cannot do that. Changes can be made before the payment is made. Once the online application form has been submitted a Filled In Application Form is generated and the candidate should take a print out of the application form which cannot be modified. Some of the fields (excluding stream, Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket number, Candidate’s name, Father’s name, Date of Birth, Regional Test Centre and SSC Hall Ticket details) in the Filled In Online Application Form can be edited by the candidate during a permitted period. If any other changes in the excluded fields are to be carried out, then, the candidate has to write a request letter addressing CONVENER or REGIONAL COORDINATOR, APEAMCET - 2017 or send an email to apeamcet2k17@gmail.com. The candidates are expected to be extra careful while filling the online application form.

  • OBC or OC candidates need not submit any certificates. ONLY SC / ST category students have to submit the duly attested photocopy of the Caste Certificate along with the Filled In Application Form to the invigilator in the examination hall during the AP EAMCET-2017 test. However, OBC students have to produce the Category Certificates at the time of admission.

Should I upload my photograph and signature?

  • If your qualifying examination is conducted by the Intermediate Board of Education, A.P/ Telangana and you have passed the qualifying examination in any of the years - 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 , 2015,2016 or 2017, then you need not upload the photo and signature as they are available with the AP EAMCET-2017 office. However, if you belong to CBSE or ISC or any equivalent board, then you need to upload the photo (File size less than 30KB and .jpg file format) and signature (File size less than 15KB and .jpg file format) as an when prompted by the system during the online application form filling process.

  • No, you do not have to upload any certificates. All the candidates have to submit the "Filled In Online Application Form" to the invigilator in the examination hall. If the candidate belongs to SC / ST category, then he/she needs to submit a duly attested photocopy of the Caste Certificate to the invigilator in the examination hall along with a copy of the "Filled In Online Application Form" in case the required application number of their caste certificate (in case of SC / ST) is not furnished at the time of submission of the online application form.
