CSSET 2018 stands for Combined Shiksha Shastri Entrance Test. The examination is conducted by Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Tirupati in the month of May annually. The examination conducted for students aspiring for taking admission into B.Ed in Sanskrit. The examination is conducted for three Sanskrit deemed universities of India.The test is held in many different cities across the nation. CSSET Exam 2018 is conducted for B.Ed courses at various cities across the country.

RASHTRIYA SANSKRIT SANSTHAN, NEW DELHI:

The Government of India in pursuance of the recommendations of the Sanskrit Commission (1956-1957) established the Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan on 15th October 1970 as an autonomous organization for the purpose of implementing the policies and programs of the Central Government for the development, propagation, and promotion of Sanskrit. The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India has declared it as Deemed University on 7th May 2002. This organization is also duly recognized by NCTE, U.G.C. and All India Association of Indian Universities. This Institution is accredited and assessed with 'A' grade by NAAC. Facilities for the study of courses from Prak Shastri to Acharya/ Vidya-Varidhi (Ph.D.) are available on twelve campuses. Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed.) course is also provided in ten campuses, in which admission is given on the basis of Combined Entrance Test. Shiksha Acharya (M.Ed.) course is available in Jammu, Puri, Bhopal and Jaipur Campuses. Vidyavaridhi Course is available in Headquarter also.
 
RASHTRIYA SANSKRIT VIDYAPEETHA, TIRUPATI:

Located at the feet of Tirumala mountain in Andhra Pradesh, the Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha was established at Tirupati in 1961 by the Govt of India on the recommendations of the Sanskrit commission (1957) for the study of traditional Sanskrit literature through modern research methodology. In April 1971, this institution was given the status of the autonomous body by the Ministry of Education under the protection of Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan. In 1987 the Vidyapeetha was declared as Deemed University by the Govt. of India as per U.G.C. act 1956. Here teaching facilities are available for the study of courses ranging from Prak-Shastri/ Acharya/ M.Phil./ Ph.D., Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed.), Shiksha Acharya (M.Ed.) etc. The courses of this organization are duly recognized by NCTE and U.G.C. This Institution is in the list of All India Association of Indian Universities. This Institution is accredited and assessed with 'A' grade by NAAC(Cycle-2).
SHRI LAL BAHADUR SHASTRI RASHTRIYA SANSKRIT VIDYAPEETHA, NEW DELHI:
 
Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth was established on October 1962 in order to fulfill the need of an International Centre for Sanskrit Studies and got registered on 1963, 28th October under the Presidency of Hon'ble Lal Bahadur Shastri. From 1970 the Vidyapeetha functioned under Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan. Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha started functioning fully as a Deemed University from 01.11.1991. Vidyapeetha offers various courses ranging from Shastri (B.A.), Acharya (M.A.), Vishishtacharya (M.Phil) to Vidyavaridhi (Ph.D.) including Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed) and Shiksha Acharya (M.Ed). All these courses are duly recognized by NCTE and UGC, New Delhi. This institution is in the list of Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi. This Vidyapeetha is accredited and assessed with 'A' grade by NAAC.
