Applicants willing to apply for KEAM 2018 must have the following qualifications as specified by the relevant authority:
Applicants must have passed 10+2 from HSE Board or equivalent to satisfy the eligibility criteria for KEAM 2018.
Applicants must be an Indian Citizen or a Person of Indian Origin (PIO) or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) to satisfy the eligibility criteria for KEAM 2018.
Applicants must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination to satisfy the eligibility criteria to write KEAM 2018.
Applicants must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for taking KEAM for technology and agriculture courses.
The University has reserved quotas for scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, other backward classes and physically handicapped applicants and for such applicants, the aggregate marks required for the graduate level qualifying exam is 50%.
Reserved quota applicants need to have scored 40% in the qualifying examination.
For Physically Handicapped Applicants these marks stand at 45%.
The minimum age for KEAM 2018 is 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.
There is no provision for the upper age limit.

You need to pass your 12th or equivalent from any recognized board. You also need to score minimum 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

There will be 10% of relaxation in marks for you,if you belong to SC/ ST category and 5% for Physically Handicapped Applicants.

The Educational Qualification for KEAM is given below:
Candidates who have passed their Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala with 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together will be eligible for admission in KEAM 2017.
Candidates who have passed their Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala with 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry will be eligible for admission under Management Quota seats in Private Self-financing Engineering colleges/Government Controlled Self Financing Engineering Colleges.
The Higher Secondary Examination in Kerala where their Board exam are held for both the years, their marks for both the years will be counted/if the Board exam is held at the end of Class XII then marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics will be considered/for other courses marks shown in the mark list will be considered as eligibility for applying.
