Application Procedure for LPUNEST 2018 

To submit the application form for LPUNEST 2018, follow the steps given below:

  • LPUNEST Application Form is available through online as well as offline mode
  • The registration process for LPUNEST will begin from the first week of October
  • The online application form has 4 parts
  1. basic details filling
  2. Payment details filling,
  3. Registration details
  4. Slot booking details.
  • Before filling up the basic details You must be ready with a valid email id.

Step-I Basic Details Filling

  • Click on “Register” and fill the basic details to create login credential.
  • The details such as Applicant’s name, Date of Birth and Email Id cannot be edited at a later stage
  • A confirmation message containing application id and password would be sent to candidate’s registered email id and phone number which will be used for all future correspondences.

Step-II Payment Details filling

  • The Application fee for LPUNEST can be paid via online as well as offline mode.
  • Candidates have to select the appropriate mode and then follow the instructions to make payment

      a. Online Mode of Payment

  • The Fee can be paid through the following modes Net Banking Facility, Debit Card ,Credit Card

      b. Offline Mode of Payment

  • The application fee can also be paid through Demand draft
  • The Demand Draft of INR 700/-  has to be drawn in favour of the Lovely Professional university and payable at Jalandhar
  • The applicant’s name should be mentioned on the back of the draft. The draft can be sent to the following University address:

   Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar-Delhi G.T. Road, Punjab (INDIA) – 144411

Step-III Registration Details

  • During filling up of the application Fill all the necessary details and choose the appropriate slot booking method – Applicant or University
  • In case, candidate chooses “Applicant” then they need to select a date and centre themself.
  • In case, candidate chooses “University” then the University will allot a centre and date for appearing LPU NEST Exam
  • Candidates opting for "University" to allot a centre then, They need to select % test centres from the dropdownmenu
  • Once the centres are opted, it cant be modified again

Step IV How to Book a Slot

      a. By the Applicant

  • The slot can be booked by the applicant through Online Test Booking System which is a web based scheduling system
  • The Exam centre, as well as the date and time for the exam, can be booked online as per his/her own convenience
  • The slot should be booked at least 3 days prior to the date of exam.
  • Slot Booking confirmation is subjected to availability on the date

     b. By the University

  • Slot for the exam can also be booked by contacting the University
  • The University will allot any 1 slot out of the 5 chosen for the exam based on the available choices.
  • The request for slot booking will be processed within 48 hours after the receipt of application form submitted by the candidates.
  • Applicants can check the allocated test slot by using the login ID
  • University has the right to allocate any other slot (apart from the 5 choices provided by candidate) in case of non-availability or any other issues

What do I need to do after submitting application form?

Once you submit your application form for LPU NEST, you need to upload your following documents:-
a) Transcript (Mark-sheet) of your all previous qualifications.
b) A copy of the passport/ National ID. If you do not hold a passport right now still you can apply and can submit the copy of passport later on.
After assessment of your documents, you will get one of the following three from our side:
a) An “Offer Letter”, in case you have submitted the transcript of the qualifying exam and you are eligible for admission. Then, you will be allowed to take provisional admission in the programme applied.
b) A “Conditional Offer Letter”, in case your result of the qualifying exam is awaited, you will be allowed to take provisional admission in the programme applied. Admission will only be confirmed after submission of the final result.
c) An email of regret and alternate programme option for you, in case you are not eligible to take admission in the programme applied.

How all can I pay the LPU NEST application fee?

The LPU NEST fee can be paid by both online and offline mode.
The LPU NEST online payment can be done using a Debit/Credit Card/Internet Banking and offline payment needs to be paid via demand draft (DD).
The demand draft must be issued by a nationalised bank, in the favour of:
“Lovely Professional University” payable at Jalandhar.

The DD has to be sent in an envelope containing details of applicant’s contact information, signature and passport size photograph to the below address:
Division of Admissions,
Lovely Professional University,
Jalandhar-Delhi GT Road (NH-1),
Phagwara, Punjab (India) - 144411.
