Authority: MAH CET is a State Level entrance exam which is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra for the admission in MBA, MMS, PGDBM, PGDM courses.

MAH CET 2018 syllabus has been published by DTE Maharashtra.
MAH CET 2018 registration and application process has started.
Application dates for MAH CET 2018 shall end on 13th February 2018.
Results of the MAH CET 2018 exam are expected to come on 10th March 2018.
Application Date: The MAH CET 2018 registration portal will be open from 21st January 2018 to 13th February 2018.
Admit Card: The MAH CET 2018 hall ticket can be downloaded by the candidates on 23rd February 2018.
Exam Date: The MAH CET 2018 exam will be conducted on 4th March 2018.
Aggregate: Candidates with 50% of their Under Graduate degree are the eligible to apply for MAH CET 2018.
Scores Considered: Candidates can apply for admission through All India entrance examinations like CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA. 15% - 35% seat is allocated for All India Candidates.
Application Portal: Candidates should submit their application through the official website of Directorate of Technical Education (DTE).
Exam Fee: The Application processing charge is Rs.1000 for open category and Rs.800 for reserved category. Candidates can pay the examination fee through Net banking/credit card/debit card or E- Challan.
Note: It is mandatory for all the candidates to bring there admit card for the MAH CET 2018 exam centre.

Incorrect Details: Any discrepancies in the MAH CET 2018 admit card should be reported to the exam conducting body immediately.

Mode of Exam: The MAH CET 2018 examination will be conducted only in online mode (computer-based test).
Marking Scheme: Candidate will receive 4 marks for every correct answer and for every wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted. No marks will be credited/deducted for unanswered questions in MAH CET examination.

Selection: The process of counselling comprises of 3 steps document verification, photo verification and signature verification.CAP is the Centralized Admission Process introduced by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) to 400 - B-Schools in Maharastra. CAP consists of four rounds. The candidates who qualify for MAH CET will be allocated in any one of the session depending upon the score of the candidate.
Candidate without the Admit card and without the photograph pasted on the admit card will not be permitted to appear for the MAH CET examination.
The candidate is requested to report at the exam venue at least 30 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.
Candidates are not allowed to enter in the examination hall after the commencement of examination.
The candidate’s photograph affixed to the hall ticket should reasonably match with the uploaded in the online application form failing which the candidate may not be allowed to appear for the examination.
The candidate’s signature should tally with the signature uploaded. In case of discrepancy, the candidate will not be allowed to write the examination.
The candidate is not allowed to carry any personal belongings to the exam center including but not limited to wrist-watch, cell phones, calculators, etc., In case of candidate carry the personal item, it will have to be kept outside the examination hall at your own risk. The examination center will not responsible for any loss or damage of such items
If the candidate completes the exam before the scheduled end time, he/she will not be allowed to leave the exam hall.
Having in possession of any notebook(s) or notes or chits or any other unauthorized material concerning the subject pertaining to the examination paper respective action will be taken by the authority.
Tea, coffee, cold drinks or snacks are not allowed to be taken into the examination rooms during examination hours.
The Applications for MAH CET 2018 will be available from 21st January 2018. Candidates interested can visit the official web-page for MAH CET 2018 to start their Application Process.
The applicants can fill out the required details on the application form and pay the fee until 13th February 2018. The Candidates who have applied successfully can log onto the MAH CET 2018 website on 23rd February 2018 to download the Admit Card.
The MAH CET examination will commence 4th March 2018. The Candidates who appeared for the examination can expect the results on the official website on 10th March 2018.
The candidate who is shortlisted is called for the counselling through which the admission process will happen.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized Institution.
Candidates who are in final year of their study are also eligible to apply.
Candidates belonging to General category must have 50% marks in total.
Candidates belonging to OBC/ST/SC and PWD from Maharashtra must have 45% in total.
Candidate should be an Indian National.

During the application process, the Candidates will have to specify his/her qualifications and the last qualifying examination before filling in the other details on the form. Once this has been completed the Candidates will be directed to a page where they have to fill in their Personal Details such as Contact Information, Age of the candidate, etc.
The Candidate will also be asked to choose a valid password consisting of an upper case, lower case, alphanumeric and special characters and a security question for logging in. The Candidates will also be asked to upload a Digital Signature before finishing up the Application Process.
Candidates are advised to have a thorough check on the provided information in the Application Form since no further changes can be made in the case of errors once the Application Form has been submitted.
The final step of the Application Process is the payment for the application which can be done using a Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking or using an E-Challan payable via cash at a State Bank Of India Branch near you.
Once this has been completed the Candidates will have to stay updated on the website for the availability of the Admit Card.
Candidates aspiring to apply for MAH CET 2018 must register in the official site of MAH CET 2018.

Candidates have to upload all the scanned original documents along with the MAH CET 2018 Application.
The Admit Card contains details and instructions regarding the exam. It is essential that candidates verify the details on the Admit Card. Authentication of the details on the Admit Card is essential. Any discrepancies in the Admit Card should be reported to the exam conducting body immediately.
A downloaded copy of the Admit Card will be considered as valid. Candidates must preserve the Admit Card until the admission process is over for the purpose of verification.
It is advisable that candidates have a few extra copies of the Admit Card.
Plagiarising the Admit Card is a punishable offence. Action will be taken against any candidate found to be tampering with the Admit Card.
If an Admit Card is found to be tampered with, the candidate might be barred from writing the exam.
The examination would be conducted online on a computer.
All the questions will have Multiple Choice Section of the five answers to a question only one will be the correct answer.
Candidate will receive 4 marks for every correct answer and for every wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted.
Unanswered questions will get no marks.
The candidate has to select the most appropriate answer and ‘mouse click’ that alternative which he/ she feels is appropriate/ correct. The alternative/option that is clicked on will be treated as the answer to that question.
The answer to any question will be considered for final evaluation, only when candidates have submitted the answers by clicking on “Save & Next” or “Mark for Review & Next”.
The clock has been set at the server and the countdown timer at the top right corner of your screen will display the time remaining for you to complete the When the clock runs out the exam ends by default - you are not required to end or submit your exam.

Click on the question number on the question palette at the right of your screen to go to that numbered question Note that using this option does NOT save your answer to the current question.
Click on ‘Save & Next’ to save answer to current question and to go to the next question in the sequence
Click on ‘Mark for Review and Next’ to save answer to current question, mark it for review, and to go to the next question in sequence
Questions that are saved or marked for review after answering will ONLY be considered for evaluation.

I am a 3rd-year student in Pillai of Engineering (PCE) college. My stream is electronics and telecom engineering. The eligibility criteria for my course was to pass 10+2 exam. The students can get the admission on the basis of MAH CET marks. If your score is not good in MAH CET exam and 10+2, you can apply for management or Malayalam minority quota.

I appeared in MAH CET. MAH CET is really important for getting admission in an engineering college. The typical cutoffs are 115 onwards and 200 for computer department in SKNCE. I also appeared in JEE MAIN.
The eligibility criteria were candidate should have scored a minimum of 140 in MAH CET examination. U can get admission easily through CAP round. The main focus should be on competitive exams.
Eligibility criteria is that you should score 150 in the 12th exam which is your PCM total. Admission procedure is conducted by DTE and you should JUST appear for MAH CET exam and register for the admission procedure of DTE Entrance. So, you JUST have to score above 100 in the entrance and above 60% in boards.

Eligibility criteria are base on MAH CET exam you need to score 80-90 marks for admission in engineering (ENTC/Electrical branch). I got 75 marks in MAH CET and opted for ENTC branch, there is a 70 to 90 marks cutoff for ENTC and electrical branch and 100-130 marks for civil and computer.
The eligibility for M.Sc mathematics first-year admission is in B.Sc (statistics/mathematics). I did not take any entrance, however, UGC NET and MAH CET exams are the respective entrance exams for this course at New Arts Commerce and Science College, Ahmednagar
