Eligibility Criteria UAPMT:

To be eligible for UAPMT, the candidate must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

  • The candidate must be an Indian Citizen, to be eligible for UAPMT 2017
  • The applicants must have done their 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized institute in which they must have gotten at least 50% marks (40% for the reserved category) having PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) as their compulsory subjects, to be eligible for UAPMT 2017.
  • The applicants must be at least 17 years old to be eligible for UAPMT 2017.
  • For foreign students, an equivalent qualification to be approved by the University will be allowed.

QEligibility based on PCB

For PCB I scored 46 percent in my PUC finals. I am a general candidate. Is it possible for me to sit in the exam or not?

No, you are not eligible for UAPMT.

To be eligible for UAPMT, as being a General category candidate, you must have at least 50% aggregate in your 12th or equivalent final exams.

The UAPMT eligibility criteria is as below: -

  • The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
  • The applicants must have completed their 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized institute.
  • The candidates must have scored atleast 50% marks (40% for the reserved category) in their 10+2 or equivalent exam.
  • The candidates should have had PCB (Physics, Chemistry,and Biology) as their compulsory subjects in their 10+2 or equivalent exam.
  • The applicants must be at least 17 years old to be eligible for UAPMT 2017.
  • For foreign students an equivalent qualification to be approved by the university will be allowed.
