Steps to fill in the application form for UPSEE

Visit UPTU official website and click on New Registration.

Enter a valid e-mail ID, name, father's name, Date of Birth and mobile number etc.

Upload scanned photograph, signature and thumb expression.

Make the payment through net banking, debit card and credit card.
5
Take a printout of this form and keep it for their future reference.

Upload Mandatory Images:

  • Photo and its format: Click on the ' upload photograph' and browse your computer to upload a photograph. The photograph must be in JPEG format, should not be larger than 100 kb and its dimensions should be 5 cm x 4.5 cm.

  • Signature and its format: Click on the blank area to upload signature and browse your computer. The signature should be in JPEG format, the file size should not be larger than 30 kb and its dimensions should be 5 cm x 1.5 cm.

  • Thumb impression and its format: Click on the blank area to upload the left-hand thumb impression. The thumb impression should be in JPEG format, its size should not be larger than 30 kb and its dimensions should be 5 cm x 1.5 cm 


Payment of Application fee for UPSEE 2018:

  • Payment mode: Choose your mode of payment among Debit Card/ Credit Card and Net Banking.

  • Credit card payment: Fill in the card number and Pin number while paying via credit card.

  • Debit Card Payment:  Fill in card number and CVV while paying via debit card.

  • Net banking: Fill in account number and One Time Password while doing payment via Net banking and Click on ‘Pay Now’.

  • Note: The transaction number and take multiple copies of the confirmation page.

  • Payment via bank challan: The fees can be paid online or through a bank challan. The fees for males/OBC category and transgender candidates of general category is INR 1000/- and for SC/ST/female candidates and physically handicapped candidates is INR 500/-. Please read the declaration before you click the submit button.

Reservation of Seats: 

  • Schedule Caste:  The reservation of seats for Schedule caste is 21% in Uttar Pradesh.

  • Total Reservation seats: The maximum percentage of total seats for freedom fighters from UP is 2%, son/daughter of defense personnel of UP is 5%, disabled candidates of UP is 3% and Girls of UP is 20%.

Important points about the application form for UPSEE 2018:

  • The form issued by APJ: Dr A.P.J Abdul Kalam technical university issues an online Application Form Fees which has to be filled duly and submitted within the stipulated time.
  • Pay and Submit: The applicant will be required to pay the Application Form Fees to successfully submit the Application Form. The Payment of the UPSEE Application Form Fees will have to be done only in online mode i.e., through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking. A transaction number will be generated after successful payment and has to keep for future reference.

  • Print out of Confirmation page: The confirmation page will be generated and the applicants are requested to keep 2 print out copies of the confirmation page for future use.

  • Fees based on categories: The application Fees in General and OBC category for male and transgender candidates is INR 1,000 and for the female in ST and SC candidates is INR 500.

The following are some of the reason(s) that may lead to rejection of your Application.
• If the photograph of the applicant affixed in the printout of Application and the photograph
uploaded Online are different OR do not follow the guidelines given in the ‘Photo guideline’
• If the photograph affixed in the printout of Application is not duly attested by the Head of the
Institution which he/she studied last or by a Gazetted Officer.
• If Applicant and Parent have not signed in the specified areas on the printout of the Application.
• If duly filled and signed Course Certificate/Mark list and Nativity Certificate in the
prescribed/e_district format are not attached along with the printout of the application.
• If the particular Application Fee meant for each category (General or SC/ST) is not paid.
• If printout of application (use the ‘Print Your Application’ link) and supported documents reach
after the last date specified.

If you are not using Firefox, shift the browser to it. Most of the time, problem may be solved by clearing the cache of the browser.
